Registration & Payment

Your registration for the Summit is only confirmed once payment (if applicable) has been processed successfully.

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the Summit without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, presentations, and materials shared during the Summit are the property of Elaine Turso LLC or the respective speakers.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any Summit content without prior written permission.

Privacy & Data Usage

We collect and process your registration information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Your email address will not be sold or shared without your express consent.

If third-party resources or partner offers are involved, you will have the option to opt-in separately.

Liability Disclaimer

The Summit is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

We are not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, or unforeseen issues that may impact the event experience.

Attendees participate at their own risk, and Elaine Turso LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Summit.

Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify the agenda, speakers, or format of the Summit as necessary.

If the Summit is canceled, registered attendees will be notified, and refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated.
